- Mr. Wang: Development of the crusher is relatively late in china. In recent years, the crusher technology is in the rapid development. The machine is continuous reform. Crushing machine is widely applied in many industries. At present, the domestic impact crusher has been exported to Europe and America, Japan and other countries.
- Host: How about the development trend of impact crusher at home?
- Mr. Wang: First of all, it needs to improve existing impact crusher structure, and enhance the crushing capacity for medium hard ore and crusher maintenance convenience. And then, improve the crushing rate and energy utilization rate. Second, research high wear resistance and high toughness plate hammer material to improve the service life of the plate hammer and improve the productivity. Then, use the modern electromechanical integration technology and modern control methods, and continuously improve the degree of automation, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and improving the productivity.
